• An advance payment is required to initiate the visa process
• The remaining payment is due upon visa approval or interview clearance, as specified in the package
• All fees are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled interviews and appointments
• Comply with all laws and regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service, Sapzon Technology is not responsible for visa rejections by immigration authorities. Our responsibility is limited to providing accurate guidance and proper documentation.
