2. Refundable Situations

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • If we are unable to provide the promised services due to company error
  • If duplicate payments are made by mistake
  • If the service is cancelled before any work has been initiated

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Visa rejection by immigration authorities (as we cannot guarantee visa approval)
  • Client provides false or incomplete information
  • After visa processing has commenced
  • Client fails to attend scheduled interviews or submit required documents
  • Changes in immigration laws or policies beyond our control

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Submit a written refund request to info@sapzontechnology.com
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-14 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the services already provided and expenses incurred.
